How to customize your engraved cup

A name, a favorite saying, or your own logo. Build your design, see it on your cup, and make it yours before you order.

From idea to engraved cup

Make it yours in three steps.

  1. Choose your cup and color

    Choose a cup with the Customize your cup button, pick a color, then open the design studio. Your selected color comes with you.

    See your idea on another color

    Use the color selector in the studio to try another available color. Your design stays in place.

  2. Add the details that make it yours

    Choose a template and replace the sample words, add your own text, or upload a logo. Select your design to move it, change its size, or adjust the layout.

    Need to line it up? Center horizontally and Straighten make alignment easy. Undo brings back your last change.

  3. Check it, approve it, add it to your cart

    Select Review design. Check every name, number, color, and placement, then tick the approval box beside the cart button. Approve and go to cart takes you to the next step.

    Need one more change? Use Edit design in your cart before checkout.

Teams, gifts, and everyone in between

Same design. A cup for everyone.

Select Order for a group, then Add row for each version. Fill in the name or text, choose a color, and set the quantity. Templates with more fields, like a name and number, give you a column for each.

Check each preview, approve the set once, and choose Add all to cart. Already have a list? Pasting or importing a spreadsheet is an optional shortcut.

Bring your logo. We’ll help with the finish.

Upload the highest-quality original PNG or JPG you have. A clear logo or line drawing gives us the best starting point; avoid screenshots or compressed copies when you can. We do not engrave photos.

The cup preview is a digital rendering, so small details may look softer on screen. Our team reviews and refines your original artwork for clean, sharp engraving. Choose Request logo cleanup if you need a hand. We’ll reach out only if we need a better file or clarification.

A little help before you start

Your questions, answered.

What can I put on my cup?

Use one of the studio’s templates, add names or other text, or upload your own logo, symbol, or line drawing. We do not engrave photos.

What file should I upload for my logo?

Use your highest-quality original PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB. A large, clear file works better than a screenshot or a compressed copy. White or transparent backgrounds are a good starting point.

What if my logo needs cleanup?

Choose Request logo cleanup. You can order your cup while our team prepares your artwork for clean, sharp engraving. We’ll contact you only if we need a better file or clarification. Photos are not supported.

Will the engraving look exactly like the preview?

The preview shows your design and placement. Fine details may look softer on screen, and dimensions marked approximate are estimates. Our team reviews and refines your original artwork for engraving. Laser engraving reveals the metal beneath the cup’s coating, so a color logo becomes one engraving finish.

Can everyone have a different name or cup color?

Yes. Choose Order for a group and Add row for each version of your design. Each row has its own text, available color, and quantity. Review the previews, approve the set once, and choose Add all to cart. You can also paste or import a list.

Can I save my design for later?

Yes. Sign in to your store account, then save your design. Open My designs to return to it or apply it to another supported cup or color. Saving is separate from placing an order.

Can I customize both sides?

Available sides depend on the cup. The studio currently supports ordering one eligible side. Some cups also offer a two-sided preview, but two-sided checkout is not available yet.

Can I edit a design after adding it to my cart?

Before checkout, choose Edit design beside your cup in the cart. Make your changes, review them, and approve the updated design.
