One circular design engraved on a row of Stanley cups, each with a different name

Bulk engraved drinkware for teams, offices and events

Ordering thirty cups with your logo on them does not work like ordering one. You do not add it to a cart and type in a box. You describe the job, you get a price and a digital proof by email, you approve the proof, and then it is engraved. Nothing goes on the laser until the proof is approved.

There is no minimum. A dozen can coolers for a bridal party runs through the same steps as a hundred tumblers for a staff gift.

The two shapes of a bulk order

Almost every group order is one of two things, and it is the first thing to tell us.

  • One logo, repeated. The same file on every piece, same placement, all identical. One setup covers the whole run.
  • One logo plus a different name on each. The crest is the same on all forty. The name under it is not. That is forty different engraving files, not one repeated.

A mix is normal too. A logo on everything, plus names on the ten going to the leadership team. Say which one you want when you ask, so the quote covers the job you actually have.

What to send

Four things get you a real number back.

  • How many. A range is fine. Under 10, 25 to 49, 100 plus, or not sure yet.
  • What product. Stanley Quenchers, Owala bottles, can coolers, shot glasses, YETI drinkware, or a mix.
  • What personalization. Same logo on every piece, one logo and a different name on each, or both.
  • When you need them. Give the real date, not a guess.

A company or team name is optional on the bulk and logo quote form. Bridal parties, booster clubs and family reunions do not have one.

Sending your artwork

The quote form cannot take attachments. Send the file by replying to the quote email instead. That keeps the artwork on the same thread as the price and the proof, so nothing gets lost between inboxes.

For bulk work send AI, SVG, EPS or a high-resolution PNG. Vector holds its edges whether it goes on a 2 oz shot glass or a 40 oz Quencher. Check the file against what makes a logo engrave cleanly before you send it. For a single piece, product pages take uploads directly in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .svg or .pdf.

The proof

You get a price and a digital proof before anything is engraved. Look at the placement and the size. Read the names letter by letter, because text is engraved exactly as typed, capitals and all. Forward it to whoever signs off on it.

Then say yes, or say what to change. Quote replies usually come within one business day.

What the engraving looks like

The laser removes the powder coat and exposes the metal underneath. The mark is the color of that metal, so it comes out in the color of the lid, silver on most cups. There is no ink color to pick, because there is no ink. It is not vinyl and it is not a sticker, so it will not peel or fade.

Font and placement are not choices on every product. Most are fixed designs: the artwork is set and the name is what you supply. Some products do carry a font picker, with 14 choices including Custom Design/Logo for your own artwork. Two of those, the Stanley Cup and the Frost Buddy Universal, also let you place the engraving back vertical, back horizontal, front vertical or front horizontal, with back vertical as the default. On a group order you say what you want in the quote rather than choosing it on a product page, and the proof shows you how it sits.

Picking the product

Most office and team orders land on one of a few things. The custom engraved Stanley Cup comes in 30 oz and 40 oz, and the 40 holds ice two days and still fits a car cup holder. The Owala FreeSip comes in 24, 32 and 40 oz across 14 colors, which is useful when you want one logo but not one uniform. The YETI 20 oz Travel Mug suits a desk better than a bottle does.

For outdoor events and tailgates, look at the Frost Buddy Universal and the 3-in-1 can cooler. For favors and welcome bags, mini tumbler shot glasses are $12.99.

Shipping

Orders over $99 get free standard shipping. Under $99 is a $9.95 flat rate ground. Everything ships anywhere in the US, Alaska and Hawaii included. Heavier orders and Express delivery are priced at checkout. All of it is engraved in-house in Jacksonville, Florida.

Start here

Send your quantity, product and date through the bulk and logo page, then reply to the email with your artwork. If you want to see how logo work comes out on real orders first, the customer photos are worth a look.
